Our innovative client is currently searching for a Senior Product & Test Engineer to be responsible for production test and optimising test programs at component and wafer level. The role will involve liaising with fabs across the globe as well as managing product validation, characterisation and the qualification process. Working with packaging and test houses will also be required.Required skills for the Senior Product & Test Engineer will include: Strong semiconductor Test and Product experience ATE system knowledge Previous experience of working with packaging/test houses Excellent communication skills BSc in Engineering, computer science or PhysicsPlease contact Rachel Anderson @IC Resources for more details
