Are you a HR Manager looking to join a prestigious, market leading company working in a niche market sector and undergoing a period of continued expansion?Do you want to join a growing company in an autonomous role where you will be in a senior position within the business influencing the Management Team to help the ongoing development of the business?

Based near Limerick, this company represent a global brand within manufacturing. With over 60 years' experience in the industry they have grown from strength to strength, expanding to have sites across the UK and Ireland.

In this role the successful applicant will be tasked with overseeing the day to day running of the Human Resources function for the site. You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager in an autonomous role but will have support when needed from Group HR. You will be responsible for managing changes, disciplinaries and investigations within the site and working with the Senior Management team to challenge ideas and influence decisions.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering an autonomous role, for a large site as part of the Senior Management Team.THE ROLE:
