Software Engineer Leicester

C# / ASP.NET / SQL/ Developer /Leicester / Software House.

My client based in Leicester is looking to hire a software developer to join their team. This isa newly created role and will see you working in a team of developers who work in a collaborative and Agile way to create exceptional code! The company create market leading large scale software products used by customers worldwide!

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivitol role within the company. You will be working in with in an Agile development team and be responsible for designing and developing code as well as maintaining existing code.

Key responsibilities of this role, include, but are not limited to:

*Delivering high quality features with the best solutions and best coding techniques.

*Redevelopment and maintenance of existing features within the software.

*Working closely with the team in an Agile environment.

*Development activities including database schema modifications, creation of CRUD operations and Business Logic implementations in C #, TSQL.

The successful candidate should ideally have the following technical knowledge:

*Solid experience in software development using C# and the Microsoft .net framework.

*Strong SQL / TSQL experience including storred procedures and triggers

*Knowledge of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS)

*Previous experience in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)

Any knowledge of:

*Full stack development, WebAPIs, MVC, RESTful, Devops, AngularJS, JavaScript or ActiveMQ would also be highly beneficial.

In return for your skills my client is paying between £30000 and £42000 plus a package that includes: 25 days annual leave, free parking, pension, perks scheme, flexitime policy and regular career reviews!
