Colchester, EssexAre you an aspiring C# software engineer with an appreciation for mechanical real-life engineering?Amazing opportunity to become a specialist with a purpose machinery manufacturer that supply their products to the Formula 1 and Automotive Sector.This well-established niche company design and manufacture testing and assembly machinery used for the Formula 1 and automotive sector. Due to continual success they are looking to enhance their design capabilities and are therefore looking to recruit a Software Engineer with some experience that wants to work on highly technical kit for a specialist and well-established family run business.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for developing software and writing programmes from scratch using C# Language. You will also work hands on testing and remodifying programmes and commission projects before delivery to customers. Exposer to PLC controls is experienced as well as mechanical moving parts! You will be working on state-of-the-art machinery used within the Automotive sector.This company have a great reputation for looking after their staff and enabling their engineers to reach their potential. * Excellent training and progressionThe Person:* Must have a passion for writing software

* Degree qualified in Computing, Physics, Robotics, or related subject

* An appreciation for the mechanics of engineering.
