Technical Project Manager

£60k base + bonus + bens

As an established and trusted tech recruitment partner to the global financial services organisation we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Technical Project Manager to assist in infrastructure end of life / infrastructure uplift projects. The new Head of Technology who will ultimately head up the IT team is joining via us beginning of January.

This role will suit an individual that may have recently transitioned from a technical IT infrastructure focused role to a project management role.

Skills / Experience

Experience of managing small to medium size projects.

Experience of managing infrastructure projects

Technical knowledge / project experience of:

Windows upgrades

Networks

Windows Servers / Desktops

Data

SAN / NAS storage

Telephony

Microsoft tech stack

The hiring manager has mentioned candidates can come from smaller environments and it's more about being able to show evidence of delivering infrastructure projects well. Candidates do not need a financial services background.

This role may suit an individual who has held the following roles: Technical Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Infrastructure Analyst, Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

£60k base + 10% - 25% bonus + comprehensive bens package. This is an excellent and stable employer that encourages 1 day home working per week for most roles.
