Customer Insight Manager / 9 month contract / Milton Keynes / £350-£400 per day

Role: Customer Insight Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: £350 - £400 per day

Contract: 9 month contract with potential to extend

*To collate, evaluate and audit business insight needs

*To provide performance reporting and insights prioritising areas for improvement for Service Provider Heads/Project Managers, including attendance at Project Health Checks and Business Area Board Meetings

*To provide high level reporting on performance across the customer experience, including complaint handling and priority areas for improvement

*To develop and manage a Communications Plan for the Customer Experience work and the wider Business Improvement/Change programmes as they arise

*To develop and share insight into key customer and customer group's behaviours, expectations and perceptions to relevant stakeholders, helping them to tailor services, enhance experiences and identify new opportunities

*To provide ad hoc satisfaction monitoring advice, guidance and support projects for internal customers

*To deliver presentations on varying aspects of the Customer Experience

*Demonstrable ability to analyse and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data effectively

You will be required to go through Security Clearance for this role if not already held
