This is an opportunity to join an independent software and technology consultancy who have clients in the public and private sectors. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver exciting new digital services for their clients. They focus on understanding their client's business and work with them to deliver change that makes their business more effective. They are able to support their clients with their strategy, technical design, user experience, software development and delivery into live service.

They are looking for a Business Analyst with 1-3 years experience in digital product delivery. You will need to be a great listener and communicator with a creative, structured and logical approach to problem solving.

You have some experience of working with a variety of stakeholders and experience of digital delivery.

You'll be expected to work with the whole team. This means working with delivery managers, product managers, developers, UX designers, senior managers, senior stakeholders - in fact anyone they need you to, to produce great digital products for their clients.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with managers and stakeholders at all levels within a business

- A pragmatic approach to projects and requirements who can interpret and elaborate on clients' needs

- Great listening skills

- Some appreciation of the dynamics of a technology development team

- Some experience of Agile Delivery across the whole lifecycle of technical projects/service development

- Some experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams

- An interest in technology
