Major Problem and Incident Manager needed to join a busy team in the Buckinghamshire area:
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of IT service incidents
- Adherence to agreed incident processes and procedures
- Create and manager incident/problem reports
- Liaise with technical teams and third parties for resolutions
Requirements:
- Incident Management experience
- Awareness of ITIL processes
- Experience of working in a technical role
There will be shift and oncall rota
