On offer; basic salary + bonus + 27 days holiday (+bank) + pension + flexible working and/or homeworking one day a week! Due to substantial business growth in various business functions, our client is looking for talented and dynamic Senior Business Analysts with demonstrable experience supporting a variety/wide range of IT-focused projects of varying size and scale, with a strong Agile approach. Successful Senior Business Analysts will need to have very strong track record in software business analysis, ideally in large and complex multi-national organisations. You will need to have a very strong grasp of Agile methodology as they are looking to establish an Agile centre of excellence and ideally have experience in the digital/eCommerce or Web world. Key skills and experience required;Must be a proven Business Analyst and have experience in a commercial/professional business analysis capacity Must have experience working in an Agile environmentPrevious experience working on Digi/eComm/Web projectsAny experience working with offshore teams and third parties highly beneficial Any exposure to SAP systems also beneficialA 'can do' attitude with a real passion for pushing boundaries and challenging status quo Ideally exposure to broad and complex business situations in a large-scale business environmentAbility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced work environmentStrong understanding of business analysis processes and standardsBCS certification would be beneficial or any other business analysis qualifications - but nothing beats experience!
