Project & Process co-ordinator Manager is required to work in Dublin for an initial 12 Months contract for our Multinational Telecommunication ClientThe Project & Process co-ordinator role will be responsible for supporting a major global project in the business, by the coordination and leading of elements such as: Project co-ordination activities, process development, data analytics and data mapping, report to stakeholders, supporting and in some cases leading project related meetings and the supporting and project update development of senior leadership meetings.The role will consist of both run management activities and provide the opportunity to own and lead project elements across the business. The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional with a transformational approach to Business Operation areas, with the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to design and execute projects and processes in a global environment supporting the Sourcing Organisation.

You must have previous experience;

* Supporting and be a strong contributor to multiple projectsMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

* Data and document control

* Schedule management

* Communications management

* Data mapping and data analytics management

* Process mapping and process implementation

* Reporting / Scorecard development and management

* Process development, controls and day to day management of operational initiatives

Person Specification.

* Must be able to drive tasks to timely completion

* Strong organisation and planning skills

* Experience working with data sets

* Ability to identify risks and escalate them to the Project PM

* Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills

* Knowledge of Business Analytical approaches

* Ability to work in a fast paced matrixed global environment

* Proficiency with SAP & Microsoft Suite applications (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
