Project Manager / PM (Outsourcing Helpdesk ServiceNow TOM). Successful technical and business services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the transition from an on-premise Customer Helpdesk (ServiceNow) to an outsourced solution overseas. The migration has been scoped and the partner decided; you will be responsible for producing the Target Operating Model (TOM) and overseeing the change; managing stakeholders and internal communications across teams.

You'll join a friendly, professional team with a family feel based in modern, open plan offices in Bracknell (parking available, close to mainline station).

Requirements:

Experience with a ServiceNow helpdesk migration

Experience of creating Target Operating Model (TOM)

Good knowledge of business change practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with strong stakeholder management experience
