Ecommerce. West London.Please note you will be fully trained!This role is responsible for ensuring that best-in-class digital products are fully tested before delivery to consumers. The client is experiencing high levels of growth, especially in the e-commerce arena, and their ability to meet the consumer demands is determined by their ability to transform as an organisation. To facilitate this, the client is going through major systems change, with the goal of empowering the business to use technology as an enabler of growth, rather than an hinderance. This role requires experience of digital products, preferably with a focus on e-commerce. The ability to think methodically is key whilst ensuring quality is not compromised.The QA Tester is a multi-facetted role; You will own the testing roadmap for all upcoming development of the customer website and report back to the business on testing KPI's. Key responsibilities included performing and defining different testing cycles (e.g. unit, regression, smoke, UAT), delivering plans for those test cycles and management of additional testing resource as and when required. The QA Tester will be responsible for testing all new functionality for the customer facing website. This starts with the engagement of the applicable teams and ensuring the success criteria defined by the Consumer Digital Product Manager is met. West London.To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, with an ability to hold a technical conversation with business owners of varying degrees of technical knowledge; from those with little contact with the client to everyday business users and developers.
