The company:
One of the North West's leading universities are undergoing a wide range of complex business and IT change to their student management systems to ensure they remain one of the prominent UK universities and offer their students the best possible experience during their time with them.
Your Role:
This position will be a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be expected to help design developer and deliver software that will impact on users across the university both students and support staff. This role will require you to document the solutions and help mentor junior members in the team. Your team is part of development team that is working closely with the university to help improve services and has the backing for all levels of the university to deliver the best solutions.
Essential:
* Significant development experience on the Microsoft .NET stack
* Excellent understanding of .NET, C#
* Azure knowledge
* Knowledge of TDD/test-driven development
* Strong software design and architecture skills
