Spring Technology are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join one of our clients who are an expanding business within the automotive finance industry. Due to continuing growth they are now looking for a Compliance Associate the come on board and play a pivotal role within the Compliance department. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance to delivery various projects and initiatives both internally and with multiple external partners. Working within the compliance department you will have the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks, confident in presenting your ideas, able to deliver suggestions and actions.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage the internal compliance housing platform in line with the companies requirements

*Control and manage the companies introducers & dealers administrative requirements, with both internal and external stakeholders

*Organise and prepare various tasks for the on boarding of new dealers or introducers working closely with the Head of Compliance to deliver upon a detailed plan

*Play an integral role to the companies complaints function, providing support & advice, delivering upon deadlines and confident in sharing outputs with senior management

*Where required, you will liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service and be able to balance multiple cases whilst remaining objective, and time bound

*Be able to work with various departments, planning and aiding the delivery of multiple projects

*Provide support in the design of and delivery of various training / coaching programmes, both alone and with colleague / external support

*To aid in delivering the Dealer / Introducer Support programme

*To keep up to date with regulatory change and make it your business to learn how this could impact the company and their customers

*To keep up to date with all of the companies business requirements, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures and processes

Experience

*Atleast 1 years experience working in a financial services / motor finance organisation, or working in a compliance role in a similar industry. (preferable)

*Decent understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority, the role they play and how they regulate businesses

*Confident in delivering ideas and suggestions in both formal and informal settings where required

*Should be an excellent communicator (both written and verbally)

*Good understanding of consumer credit / motor finance organisations (preferable)

*Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

*Able to take ownership of projects and deliver to strict deadlines

*Strong passion to learn and develop and be successful
