Senior 3rd Line Support Manager, Wakefield, Amazing Salary, Job:I am working with a client this year who are wanting a Senior 3rd Line Support Manager to oversee their national IT applications and offer third line support to their user base. The client in question are a household name and have recently been experiencing exceptional growth hence the expansion of their current IT department. First stage interview are happening now.

Role & Responsibilities: Provide 3rd line support to their national user base Suggest system alterations and improvement to help the business growth Help manage technical environments across systems for development and testing
