A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery in the Wolverhampton area, who deliver a range of projects to various industries including food, beverage, and material handling, are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join their successful and growing team.This position will give you responsibility for completing industrial control systems projects right from liaising with customers to produce functional design specifications, through PLC programming, HMI development and SCADA configuration.You will also manage sub-contractors, and lead the internal controls team. The essential requirements for this position are:- Experience in PLC programming, not just modification/fault-finding, on Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Mitsubishi- Ability to manage others and liaise with clients/suppliers- Ability to see through full projects design, build, and commissioning- SCADA & HMI knowledge This position would provide a remuneration of up to £65,000 depending upon experience, including bonus, and company pension.
