Cyber Security Engineer London to £90k

Cyber Security Engineer (AWS). Opportunity to join a fast growing Challenger Bank that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking through the use of advanced data centric, cloud based technology.

As a Cyber Security Engineer you will join a small and growing team working collaboratively to ensure the security of the core banking platform including the design of security controls, implementation and operation of security tooling. You'll be able to influence security design and controls and will get involved with a broad range of projects; there's no legacy systems and little red tape to get through so you'll be able to get things done and make a real impact as well as widen your skillset and progress your career in a technology driven environment.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area and a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience as a Security Engineer with a broad range of knowledge and the ability to adapt to new, complex environments

Experience of securing public Cloud environments, ideally AWS

Expertise with at least one of the following: Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Data Security, Mobile Security, End User Security

Deep knowledge of at least one of the following security tools: Akamai, Apigee, Imperva, Forgerock, Threatmetrix, Dome9, Qualys and Fortify along with cloud native security controls

Collaborative with good communication skills, willing and able to get involved and learn on the job
