Digital Account Executive

One of our Birmingham based digital agency clients is looking for 2 Digital Marketing Account Executives to join their growing digital team. You will be required to work with a number of B2B and B2C clients, with project instigation/management, implementation of digital marketing strategies and client management.

Digital Marketing Account Executive duties will include, but not limited to:

*Project management of website developments and digital design projects

*Implement and report on email marketing campaigns

*Manage client relationships, take briefs, and become an extension of their own marketing team

*Working alongside interview account managers and account directors, you will formulate proposals, plans and implement marketing strategies

*Ensuring that the work produced and delivered for clients is of high quality

As the Digital Marketing Account Executive you will be required to possess:

*Understand digital marketing techniques and industry/company best practice

*Previous experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) to edit and maintain websites

*A working knowledge of setting up and managing email marketing campaigns

*Previous experience working within a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency

*Understanding of analytics and web reporting

*Strong customer service/organisational skills

*Understand the website build process
