Based in the heart of Maidenhead, we are an innovative ISP who focus on connecting, controlling and securing our products and services. We have grown in size since our doors first opened and we are therefore seeking to appoint a talented 3rd Line Network Design & Support Analyst who is either CCNP certified or has equivalent knowledge.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the team, you will be reporting to the Networking Team Manager who will be contributing to the implementation and design of the managed network infrastructure and services that we provide to our customers. You will be using your previous experience to provide 3rd line support to customers and operational teams. You will be configuring, managing and supporting enterprise networks along with working with routers/switches and VPN protocols. This role will also involve Network Security and Threat Detection.

* Experience working in an MSP/ISP

* CCNP

* Cisco ASA Firewalls

* Cisco ASRs routers

* Monitoring Tools (PRTG)

* BGP / OSPF / STP / MPLS / VRF / IPSec / GRE / TLS
