Technical Operations Manager (Up to £80,000 + bens) Do you have a strong technical background in Infrastructure / Connectivity and excellent 3rd Party / Vendor Management experience and looking for an opportunity where you will own the whole Infrastructure landscape ? If so I would like to hear from you. This would be a great role for a technical team lead that has done some high level solution design and looking for their next step!! I am currently looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join a small growing Telecoms company to impact, improve, grow and harvest their vision towards further success. Must be "hands on" technical and still be prepared to get involved in fixing issues as and when required! Must have experience in managing ITIL operations and maybe have implemented it from inception. Also if you have been an architect or done some high level solution design that would be great to! You will have a strong technical background covering Hosting, Networks and Cloud, and will be tasked with the planning, launch and day to day management of Infrastructure Services. This role is a hybrid role where you will be managing a small team of focused technical staff but also a 3rd Party who deliver the services. You will understand, articulate and maintain the delivery of all application, hosting and connectivity services which include: Data Centre services, Network services and Cloud Based Services (public and private). You will have strong background in Service Delivery and be experienced delivering to 3rd parties. Strong leadership/management experience as you will be responsible for the Service Management and Operations teams.
