As the Senior Insight Analyst you will lead the development of important & utilisable insight from the customer database that helps maximise the value of customer data & facilitate successful development & implementation of the organisation's strategy. Main Accountabilities: Interpret results, draw conclusions & make actionable recommendations arising from a range of different data analysis activities.Identify & commission data analysis activities & generate insight from evaluation of data (fundraising & otherwise) to inform development of strategy, proposition development & implementation plans.Lead the development of segmentation & targeting strategies within the database.Lead the development of customer hierarchies & rules of engagement for individual customers within databases.Lead the development of customer data capture, preferences & feedback analysis.Present & communicate information, facilitating their understanding of the implications.To advise managers/teams on execution of campaigns & provide insight consultancy services to Section Heads & Unit Managers. In this role you can demonstrate your ability to communicate with all levels of the business, build trust in their working relationships & are experienced in brining data to life. In addition you'll have the following experience & skills: Data planning & data strategy.Data driven decision-making (both strategic & tactical) in large complex organisations.Using SQL in order to query datasets & manipulate data.Applying statistical, analytical, modelling & segmentation techniques (using packages such as R, Python, SAS or SPSS, Business Objects, FastStats/Alterian &/or Chaid) to maximise marketing & operational effectiveness.Customer Relationship Management & its practical application.Supporting strategy development & implementation in a complex environment.
