With everything from design, development, manufacturing and assembly in house, this business produces highly technical products used within the engineering industries!Initially you will join the business and work closely with the technical director and managing director to fully understand and learn their products on the job. Once up to speed you will slowly take on more responsibility in becoming the 'go to' software engineer where you will be designing a developing new software as well as debugging and modifying old software all in C++ on a Windows 10 platform. Full training and support will be offered by 2 directors.Here is the perfect opportunity for a someone seeking a new challenge within a specialist industry where you will be encouraged to drive forward technology and bring in your own ideas!The role;* Multi-threaded real-time C++ software that controls machinery

* Design and develop brand new software for bespoke machinery

* Debug and modify old software

* Training and support offered by the MD and technical director (Currently doing the job)

* Working within a small team (1 other software expert)

* Opportunities to innovate and bring in ideas

* Lots of technical progression available into a senior engineerThe person must;* Some software development experience (C, C# or C++)
