A well known, household name with offices in Luton and London are looking for two Business Analysts, one with some product ownership experience, to develop and implement new CRM solutions.

You will be responsible for analysing and documenting customer requirements from stakeholders up to Director level and planning, delivery and testing using the Waterfall and moving towards an Agile environment.  You will also be expected to use basic data skills to analyse the data and run reports using a variety of technologies including SQL.

We are looking for individuals with a technical background who will be able to pick up the technologies and analyse the existing systems.  You will be working as a Business Analyst, working closely with end users and be comfortable in an international company environment. You will also have experience of digital transformations and data migration of CRM / Marketing system platforms.
