On offer is the chance to take a lead role, sitting directly between the customers and the factory, where you will oversee technically challenging projects and play a pivotal role in the success of the business?This well established company now represent a number of nationally recognised brands distributed across the UK and Europe. They have built their success through long standing relationships with local suppliers and farmers and keeping the quality of their products at the heart of what they do. They supply to a number of the largest suppliers within the UK and are seeing on going sales growth. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to take on a Group NPI Manager to help them continue to succeed.In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with key strategic customers int he development of new products. You will be involved in developing the product through the full lifecycle from concept to delivery. Part of the role will involve traveling between various manufacturing sites across Europe to assess the feasilbility of proposed projects, before producing costing estimates. This will be an autonomous position acting as the face of the company and is crucial for their on going success.This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into an international role where you will see the impact you make on the business.The Role:

*Liaise with key customers on new product introduction projects

*Traveling between manufacturing sites around Europe to assess feasibility

*Advise on any changes or improvements that would need to be made to the facility or product

*Produce costing estimates
