Do you want to be a part of an ambitious and major Digital Transformation Programme? Are you ready for your next big challenge?

Crawley Borough Council have embarked on a hugely complex portfolio of transformational change and development programmes, including;

The demolition of the existing town hall and development of a new building on the same site

A major Digital Transformation Programme encompassing People, Place, Process and Technology

A programme that aims to create a full fibre network across the whole of Crawley

A drive towards commercialisation that looks to exploit our assets and make the very most from what we have for the benefit of Crawley, its residents, businesses and visitors

Crawley is mobilising its workforce through its Agile Working Programme, so that staff can work wherever is most effective and efficient, be it the office, home or another site. To support this, we need to find the right combination of communications technology; desktop, mobile and soft telephony; instant messaging, presence and teleconferencing are all in the mix.  With busy customer contact teams there is the opportunity to really enable a dynamic and flexible service.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help Crawley define, procure and deliver the right solution to support its ambitions.

To do this, we need an experienced Unified Communications Technical Project Manager with the right combination of skill, knowledge, experience and most importantly, behaviours and values.

If you're interested in working for an organisation with extremely high ambitions and can exhibit the positive, ‘can do' kind of attitude we're looking for, then we'd really like to hear from you.

Employee benefits:

In return, we offer a generous employer benefits package, with a range of discounts, benefits and wellbeing incentives to suit everyone.

Our way of working:

Our shared values and behaviours reflect the special nature of our council.  We encourage all colleagues to put them into practice, whatever job they do.  Take a look to see if we are the perfect match.
