Proactive. Passionate. Proficient.

Working at Skyscanner just feels... different. It's the way we love to collaborate, yet take personal ownership of our work.  We're excited about improving the world of travel and working here isn't quite like anywhere else.

System administration and application support. Troubleshooting and diagnosis. Automation and scripting: to join us you'll need to have done them all. We need someone who can help create a digital workplace, drawing on a range of skills. You should be capable of designing and operating systems and services, including open-source, internally-built and commercial third-party solutions. You'll also bring knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and the ability to administer Linux in AWS. Analytical, accurate and fantastic with people, you'll be keen to learn about JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Sharepoint, Ansible, Cloudformation and other new technologies.

We need your expertise to help us do something great for over 100 million travellers: make booking stays and journeys more sustainable and straightforward. It involves technical challenges and the latest technology - but that's ok by you. In fact, it's exactly what you want.

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be helping our people and partners share knowledge and work in harmony. You'll support our internal userbase, update infrastructure hosted on AWS and bring in new tools, systems and services. You'll always be looking for an opportunity to automate repetitive tasks. Though you'll be accountable for your own projects and trusted to deliver, you'll also form part of a broader team that takes collective responsibility for making success happen.

Already a global leader in travel, we want to elevate the way we work to a whole other level. In return, you'll get important things like medical insurance, health screenings, headspace subscriptions, the option to buy more holiday and a support programme for you and your loved ones. We'll also help you donate to good causes and spend time volunteering. And you'll have the opportunity to work from your home country for 3 weeks a year, and 30 days in our other global offices. Everything, in other words, to help you relax and give your best.
