Surveyor - SCOTLAND - £13 per hour - 3-6 monthsSurveyor - SCOTLAND - £13 per hour - 3-6 monthsThe pay rate on offer is £13 per hour.The role is working for a well-established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.A high street retailer requires help carrying out surveys across their stores within Scotland.

NOTE: daily travel between stores required, so it's a requirement that you have a driving licence and car. Where necessary, overnight stays in hotel will be required (paid for in advance by the client).Key accountabilities of the roleResponsible for completing Store conditions surveys and capturing specification information in to Simple Compliance using information provided. Identifying specifications of elements in store from guidance provided and capturing in the survey tool.Assessing the condition of elements in store and capturing in the survey tool.Capturing photos against condition and specification answers.Adding clear comments to the answers where relevant.Work with Systems and Process and the rest of the surveying team to ensure that consistent survey responses are given.Responsible for capturing 360 photographic surveys in store.Working with Systems and Process team to agree the most efficient plan for carrying out allocated surveys.Proactively communicating with the Systems and Process team and ensuring any issues are raised as they occur.Liaising with Stores to plan and confirm attendance.Liaising with the Store team whilst on site to ensure that backstage areas can be surveyed and to capture any specific items flagged by the Store team where appropriate.Ensure that all appropriate survey questions are answered with the relevant photos and comments accurately captured.Sharing learnings and best practice with the Systems and Process team and other surveyors as the project evolves.Proactively planning their time efficiently in conjunction with the Systems and Process team to ensure optimal survey completion.Key skills and requirementsMotivated self-starter with strong attention to detailAble to work efficiently with minimal supervisionAbility to be in stores 4 to 5 days every week capturing survey data both internally and externallyAbility to conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and toolsConfident systems userGood communicatorConfident user of Office 365 and mobile devicesExtensive travel required as core part of role - potentially 3 nights a week away from homePrevious retail or surveying experience would be beneficial but not essential.
