This is not a simple software engineering role. It's a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a world-class team right here in Dublin! You'll inspire a team of local tech experts who'll go on to achieve great things with you as their mentor. This is one of the biggest payroll systems in Ireland. So it's a massive challenge to lead the people who develop it.

You'll

Work with a tech stack that includes Ruby-on-Rails, JavaScript client-side framework, e.g. React, REST API/Web API and AWS

Join one of the savviest teams of tech experts in the country

Work across boundaries with teams in South Africa, Canada and the UK & Ireland on one of the world's biggest online business platforms

Be a proper leader who motivates, develops and inspires

Make sure everyone has the right tools, skills, coaching and guidance to be the best that they can be
