Intermediate Quantity SurveyorSuper-prime residential£50,000 plus benefits We are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor and specialist's in deliver super-prime residential properties across London. With a substantial track record of delivering bespoke and technically challenging projects they are looking to add a Project Quantity Surveyor the team to cope with a large order book of upcoming schemes - values up to £25m!The projects sit within some of the capitals most affluent areas including Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia - not to forget several projects within a stone's throw of their office in Kensington. Criteria for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management4 years + experience as a Quantity SurveyorMain contractor backgroundHigh-end residential experience would be idealExperience on high-end finishes - we are happy to consider a range of projectsMust be well-presented and a clear communicator What's on offer for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:£45,000 - £50,000 DOEBenefits packageDiscretionary bonus schemeClear progression routes up to Senior Quantity Surveyor This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who can act as a No.2 Quantity Surveyor on larger project while also being able to manage their own smaller schemes.The successful Quantity Surveyor will not only get a chance to work on some of the most valuable residential properties being constructed in the capital, but you will also enjoy working in a young, dynamic and growing construction company.
