1st Line Helpdesk Support - Leeds

- 3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Professional services organisation looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk support to all users across the business

Roll out of Microsoft Office installations and associated software

Responsibilities

*Responsible for logging 1st line support tickets in the helpdesk system.

*Trouble shooting and resolving 1st line support tickets or escalating to 2nd line if required.

*Carry out Microsoft Office installs to laptops/PC's across the business to assist in the system integration project.

Skills and Experience

*Customer service or helpdesk experience

*Excellent time management skills with a professional outlook

*Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
