Pay - £500 - £580 per day

We have an excellent opportunity with a great client, working on a long term program of work. This is an urgent role with immediate starts available. We have a requirement for a Business Analyst with Service Management experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst with Service Management experience. You will have a proven track record in eliciting requirements and supporting the development/procurement of cutting edge services in both waterfall and agile methodologies.

*Requirements elicitation & management

*Support Business Architecture Definition & Analysis

*Aligning Technological Approaches with Business and Customer Goals, identifying Benefits and Risk Mitigation approaches

*Development of options and evidence for Business Cases

*Stakeholder Engagement and Management

*Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM, SaFE)

*You will be comfortable working side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working solutions to our clients and their users.

*You enjoy growing your skills and those of your team and you regularly learn about new technologies. Most importantly, you judge your achievements by the success and happiness of your team and its customers.

*Recognised experience in service model development and its application within a business environment

*Proven track record of implementing service architecture.

*Experience of HODDaT Service Model
