Possessing a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant subject is required as well as strong communication skills, and a great eye for detail. This is a major part of the role as you will be required to identify and eliminate any risks during the critical phases of the projects pre or post launch. You will be responsible for the production team's continuous improvement so previous management experience is important. you will also be managing third party suppliers and an ability to manage and build relationships with those suppliers is vital.
