Make your next contract the steepest learning curve - join AIA as Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Build on your analytics and reporting experience. Get to grips with the latest in data digitisation. Take on client-facing responsibilities. Providing maternity cover for our Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you can expect an incredible learning experience.

At AIA, we're a revolutionising the way employers and talent connect. We're doing this though our industry-defining digital capabilities. Our own AI-driven talent marketing platform TalentBrew is a distribution engine and distribution point that is built on and driven by data. Not only does TalentBrew deliver our clients' employer brands, it allows us to generate amazing insights into candidate behaviour.

On this 12-month contract, you'll be at the heart of it all. You'll be analysing campaign performance data and delivering insights that ultimately drive our clients' talent marketing strategies. We'll also welcome your suggestions on improvements that help us deliver even more for our clients.

Our work matters. So will you.

Clients depend on our tech, data and creative strategies to promote their employer brands and attract the best people. Candidates rely on us to enable them to make career choices that can change their lives. So all our people matter to us, however long they're with us.

You'll be able to add to your skillset, standing you in good stead for wherever you go after AIA. You can expect to continually enhance your knowledge of tracking systems and tools, data digitisation, our market-leading products (like TalentBrew and Programmatic Jobs) and best practices. In return, we'll expect you to share your experience of analytics, reporting and customer consulting to support less experienced members of our Metrics team.

A role you can throw yourself into

You'll work closely with our teams to understand clients' objectives and the expectations of our products and services - and then directly with clients to measure the success of media performance against their goals. It's a role that will see you developing meaningful metrics that communicate performance results. Providing quality analysis and reporting to assigned accounts. And using your presentation skills to articulate your findings to clients with varying levels of analytics knowledge.

You'll need solid experience of Tableau (Prep and Desktop), Excel, DoubleClick and Google Analytics (including certification). You'll also be familiar with tracking systems and tools and, ideally, ATS systems and data integrations.

What it's like here

It's busy, deadlines have to be met, but it's incredibly supportive. People look out for each other and there will always be someone to lend a hand if you get stuck. Because we work as one, united in a passion to deliver stunning results for our clients.

And we know how to reward ourselves for a job well done. That could mean sharing a drink on our twelfth-floor roof terrace or out of the office (we're handily located near St Paul's and the Barbican). Or letting our hair down at our Christmas and summer parties. Or tucking into Pizza Friday once a month. That's all on top of more formal benefits such as pension scheme, private healthcare, interest-free season ticket loans and cycle-to-work scheme.

So, what next?

If you're a graduate, ideally in a numerate discipline, with first-class critical thinking skills, we'd love to hear from you. Apply online via the link below.
