Senior Marketing & CRM Manager - Circa £50K + Bens

Rapidly growing, family run, online retailer based in Harlow are expanding their marketing team and looking to appoint a Senior Marketing and CRM Manager. Managing a team of 6 marketeers and large budget responsibility, you will be responsible for customer retention, order frequency and engagement.
This role offers a great combination of being data led, but with a flair of creativity and an eye for design.
Skills / Environment
*Extensive experience directly working within CRM and Marketing
*Proven success in growing customer loyalty and order frequency
*Managing content led social media strategy to customers
*Great eye for design and ability to translate brand guidelines across different media
Highly desirable:
*International experience
*Experience managing a loyalty Programme
*Driving engagement and growth within YouTube
Role Overview
As an experienced CRM Manager, you will be the brand advocate and guardian in both marketing and ecommerce, acting as the link between the creative team and the Ecommerce Department. Key functions will include Email, Database and Analytics, Catalogues, Social Media, PR and Brand.
Salary: Circa £50K + Bens
Benefits: 23 days holiday, 3% pension contribution, free parking, in-house canteen
