1st / 2nd Line Support AnalystOur client who have been a part of the community in the Liverpool area require a 1st Line / 2nd Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 2-3 month contract. This role requires a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst who can hit the ground running and provide a high level of service to the client and their user base.Skills required:

'€¢Ensure all incidents are correctly recorded within the Service Desk software, ensuring they do not exceed their service level agreement'€¢Support with the joiner, mover and leaver process by creating and decommissioning accounts within our active directory'€¢Work in collaboration with all lines of business, completing real-time desk visits where appropriate to resolve hardware issues'€¢Support with the Installation of hardware and applications as outlined in our service catalogue'€¢Support with the deployment of newly built machines, ensuring that anti-virus, anti-malware software & all required encryption is working correctly before they are issued'€¢Support the windows 10 operating systems and application faults through to resolution'€¢Support with mobile phone issues (trouble shooting/support and setup'€¢Remote access support - including configuration of RSA'€¢Software trouble shooting on PC build deployments and existing PCs ensuring that group specific requirements are met
