Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive  
Responsible to: Global Head of Marketing 
Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00 Friday (with shift change options, 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7) 
The role:
The newly appointed Senior Marketing Executive will own and deliver the marketing and communications strategy for both internal and external communications aligned to all people activities, including content, campaign management, media relations, digital, brand management, corporate design and brand awareness.

You will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual, ideally looking for a step up into a more senior role. Attitude and drive will be key to your success in this fast moving, evolving environment and will allow you to put your stamp on this new role.
The role involves working as part of a wider Global team, with the objective of developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and differentiate Evolution as both the IT recruiter of choice, and the employer of choice within a highly competitive marketplace.
Working alongside the Global Head of Marketing, your remit will be varied and all-encompassing, communicating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Full project management of campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and employee engagement. Ensuring all projects and campaigns are planned, budgeted, implemented and reported onPlan, control and manage the overall content strategy, generating high quality and engaging content for all communications channels including digital, website, media (video), social media, press and business collateralCopywriting, editing, proofreading and signing off a wide range of marketing content and collateral written by yourself and the wider team, including email communications, brochures, press releases, white papers, blogs, advertising and internal documentsDesign and implement campaigns, ensuring all communication material, both internal and external, is written in a consistent tone, is fit for purpose and achieves the required outcomeOversee the channel and platform strategy, ensuring marketing channels are maintained, utilised and optimised, including website maintenance and management of content publication, search engine marketing, email content, social media content and paid advertising contentCreate corporate content, including topical industry issues and market / business updates, ensuring proactive and timely communications to clientsSupport sales teams with the planning, creation and delivery of specific marketing campaigns such as focused content and marketing programmes for client retained businessCreate and deliver impactful public relations and organic social media campaigns, to build and nurturing media relationsActively promote employee engagement through a variety of channels, identifying key themes and topics for additional internal communicationsContribute to setting KPIs, utilising analytics to provide clear, concise reports with findings, commentary and future suggestions to improve performance, and communicating these results to key stakeholdersManagement of third-party suppliers including freelance graphic designers, copywriters and ad-hoc support as required, as well as the day-to-day management of digital/marketing agency suppliersDay to day management of the company websiteSupport events / activities across the different business areas and regionsSupporting the wider marketing team to ensure a cohesive and proactive approach is successfully implemented to support and enhance the overriding business strategy and objectiveTo be considered for this role, you will have at least 4-5 years' marketing and communications experience working within a professional or business services environment.

Required skills, education, and experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently to the wider businessMeticulous attention to detail, with excellent copy writing, editing and proofreading skillsProven time management, project management and organisational skillsAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects to tight deadlinesConfidence in reporting on the performance pf marketing campaigns and activities, with a thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, WebTrends)Experience of working with external marketing agenciesRecruitment experience not essential but desirableStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and ExcelDegree level Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field.
