Currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for an immediate start based in Sydney CBD on an initial 12 month contract with a well-established finance company

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft stack design and implementation
• Create solutions and designs that comply with IT direction and governing body compliance requirements
• Champions contemporary & emerging infrastructure technologies
• Provide expert input and guidance into the planning and design
• Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical infrastructure issues where new processes or remidation is actioned
• Writes technical documentation

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge of systems that satisfy infrastructure security with respect to a governing body (APRA)
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory suite
• VMware products (ESXi, vSphere, SRM)
• Microsoft Operating Systems, SCCM and Server hardware technologies (Dell, IBM)
• Understanding how Citrix, Linux and Cloud environments integrate together
• Must have a client focused, service delivery orientation
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Fluent and concise in creating Technical Architectural Documents
