Want to start the year with a new challenge? The Company is looking for a creative and dynamic Systems Administrator to drive a change in the way they engage with the innovative tech companies that are building the world they will live in tomorrow.

This is a role with real responsibility and opportunity to develop: the Dynamics 365 and web systems you will manage are central to the way they understand their business and there is plenty of scope for you to influence how they adapt these to deliver greater value. Working within a small and friendly team in their central London office, your work will be vital to the transformation of their business and working practices.

They are looking for a motivated professional with a background in Dynamics 365 administration, an understanding of web content management systems and an appreciation of how to clean, maintain and extract value from data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as technical lead for their CRM and web systems, ensuring clean, up-to-date and insightful data can be extracted from both
  • Work with colleagues to develop more user-friendly interfaces for their systems, to deliver better reporting and to reduce workloads through workflows and automation
  • Take responsibility for their website platform and content management system, building page and email templates using their in-house system and supporting users as required
  • Help to better integrate Dynamics 365 with their Office 365 environment
  • Contribute ideas towards improvements, new systems, and identify efficiencies
  • Manage the delivery process for ongoing projects, including testing and deployment
  • Support colleagues and users and help to deliver documentation and training where required

  • Problem solving: ability to identify issues and think through solutions
  • Understanding data: ability to deliver clean, maintainable and insightful systems
  • Systems design: ability to deliver efficient systems that support user needs
  • Communication and teamwork: ability to support and enhance the work of colleagues
  • Self-starter: ability to use initiative to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Organisation: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload

Essential Knowledge and Experience

  • Extensive experience of Dynamics 365 administration, including building complex workflows and processes, maintaining data, and form/view creation
  • Experience of managing and customising web content management systems
  • Experience working with the wider Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem

Desired Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Web API (OAuth 2.0)
  • Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML or any scripting language
  • Experience of working in Agile teams
  • Experience of change management and data migration projects
  • Experience of user support and training
  • Experience of Azure administration
