Working within a small and friendly team in their central London office, your work will be vital to the transformation of their business and working practices.They are looking for a motivated professional with a background in Dynamics 365 administration, an understanding of web content management systems and an appreciation of how to clean, maintain and extract value from data.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as technical lead for their CRM and web systems, ensuring clean, up-to-date and insightful data can be extracted from bothWork with colleagues to develop more user-friendly interfaces for their systems, to deliver better reporting and to reduce workloads through workflows and automationTake responsibility for their website platform and content management system, building page and email templates using their in-house system and supporting users as requiredHelp to better integrate Dynamics 365 with their Office 365 environmentContribute ideas towards improvements, new systems, and identify efficienciesManage the delivery process for ongoing projects, including testing and deploymentSupport colleagues and users and help to deliver documentation and training where requiredCompetenciesProblem solving: ability to identify issues and think through solutionsUnderstanding data: ability to deliver clean, maintainable and insightful systemsSystems design: ability to deliver efficient systems that support user needsCommunication and teamwork: ability to support and enhance the work of colleaguesSelf-starter: ability to use initiative to proactively identify risks and opportunitiesOrganisation: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workloadEssential Knowledge and Experience Extensive experience of Dynamics 365 administration, including building complex workflows and processes, maintaining data, and form/view creationExperience of managing and customising web content management systemsExperience working with the wider Microsoft Office 365 ecosystemDesired Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Web API (OAuth 2.0)Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML or any scripting languageExperience of working in Agile teamsExperience of change management and data migration projectsExperience of user support and trainingExperience of Azure administrationThe successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK prior to commencement of employment.
