Spring Technology is currently looking for a TOM SME. This is an initial 6 month contract based in London.

Role:

Lead and support the local market project teams and its stakeholders in executing the TOM within the operations team in the market as part of the programme of transformation, this may include but is not limited to;

-Leading and supporting markets in the delivery and optimisation of new operating model

-Leading and supporting markets in the transformation of its processes at a business, and functional level

-Cross regional engagement across several streams, building awareness and understanding of deliverables and requirements

-Providing go-live support for projects and programmes

-Keep detailed project notes and records

-Own, manage and update status reports

-Relationship Management - Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

-Act as a point of contact and facilitate access to subject matter experts

-Identifying where to deploy automation, and just as importantly, where not to use Operational Excellence (Lean, Systems Thinking etc.) to review a Customer Journey end to end

Key Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

*5 years TOM/Change Management experience, preferably in media or related industries

*Experience of managing change and implementation in a global and/or large-scale organisation

-Full experience of project lifecycle

-Matrix management experience

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

-Excellent MS PowerPoint skills is essential

-Possess critical and analytical thinking

-End to End process transformation

-Process Automation/Robotics

-Continuous Improvement

-Team or function efficiency / Operational Excellence

-Lean /Six Sigma / Systems Thinking

-Developing capability in change teams through coaching and training delivery

-Business Process Management (BPM)

-Highly flexible, able to step outside of role to support the programme as a whole

-Excellent team player and interpersonal skills

-Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

-Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with Global and Regional Stakeholders

-Excellent time management and communications (written/verbal) skills

-The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments

-The ability to influence across levels within the business
