Web Developer (PHP CakePHP MVC MySQL CMS). Would you like to gain experience with financial trading systems whilst working in an informal atmosphere with a good work life balance (0900 to 1730 with flexibility), casual dress code, bright, funky offices and a peaceful work environment?

City based trading firm is seeking a senior Web Developer with strong PHP skills to design and develop a variety of web based systems. You'll be collaborating with other PHP Developers and the Front End team on key development tasks including developing new CakePHP CMS solutions, PHP / JavaScript coding, systems and data integration, operating across the full development lifecycle from scoping solutions through to unit testing.

Requirements:

Strong PHP development experience, ideally including CakePHP (or Zend, Symfony, YII, Laravel)

Experience of developing CMS (Content Management System) and / or intranets

Good knowledge of MySQL

Experience working in an Agile development teams

Collaborative with strong communication skills

As a Web Developer you will earn a competitive salary (to £65k) plus bonus and benefits.
