We already have an established team of developers in our Sheffield office and are now looking to appoint a Senior Software Engineer with a solid background in C#/.NET. You will benefit from working with a modern tech stack, utilising techs such as .NET Core / WebAPI / Microservices / Angular / AWS! This is a fast paced environment, with plenty of scope to grow and progress both professionally and personally! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Senior Software Engineer with strong C# / .NET skills and a thorough understanding of the industry, you will act as a technical authority in the development of large scale web applications and Microservice solutions. We have a technical team of 20 in total, which we break down into smaller Scrum teams to work on solutions that service every corner of the business. You will join a team of 4-6 members, and take on the role of leading projects and mentoring of junior developers. Your responsibilities will include designing technical solutions to solve business problems, creating cloud based solutions and building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.This role will best suit a developer with at least 3 years' experience using C# and .NET, a track record of delivering quality software in an Agile environment and a keen desire to continue enhancing their skill set. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…3+ years' experience developing large-scale web appsSolid OOP / C# / .NET skillsExcellent knowledge of SOLID principlesA good understanding of JavaScript, ideally with Angular or other libraries IT IS NICE TO HAVE….NET Core / WebAPI skillsExperience developing MicroservicesKnowledge of AWS TO BE CONSIDERED…Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to [email protected].
