Windows 10 Deployment Engineer- INSIDE IR35Our client are looking for two contract desktop/roll out engineers. You will be predominately rolling out Windows 10.This role may require travel to our other sites in SW London, Maidstone and Cambridge. All applicants must have a valid manual driving license.

* Demonstrable experience of working in an IT technical support environment

* Experience of repairing laptops and laser printers

* Experience of LAN protocol troubleshooting

* Experience of involvement in IT related project tasks

* Experience of working in a service desk environment with service level agreements (preferably ITIL)* Experience of configuring and operating Remote Access platforms (e.g. MS RAS)

* Experience of wiring UTP and making RJ45 terminations

* Experience of working in a patient environment/NHS

* Knowledge of WAN/LAN topologies & protocols

* Excellent knowledge of desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)

* Good knowledge of Windows XP

* Good problem analysis and determination skills

* Good understanding of current technologies and developments

* Effective problem solving skills and ability to solve complex logical faults

* Advanced IT skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel

* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team* Understanding of MS Server technologies
