My leading client is looking for a Digital Support Analyst to be part of a Digital transformation within a sector with true innovation and customer engagement. The opportunity is very wide ranging and although the technical landscape detailed is very broad - you don't need to tick every technical box there is scope for a mixture of the skills/experience combined with a really engaging and driven personality.
Scope of role includesConfiguring, administering and maintaining the DevOpsMaintaining the best possible up time for our Digital platforms and processesOwning the support, configuration, and maintenance of the internally developed Digital Dashboards, including any support documents
Providing support for partners and suppliers integrating with our APIs by understanding their needs and suggesting solutions and answering technical questions
Implementing and continually developing automated checks/resolution via ServiceNow
Job Requirements - (selection of the below)
* Experience of incident management preferably ServiceNow
* Experience of Adobe products
* Microsoft Azure Infrastructure experience
* Agile Development DevOps experience
* Experience of any of Jira, VSTS and Aha
* ITIL Foundation V3
