Technical Support Engineer (SQL REST API). Opportunity to join a pioneering digital challenger bank based in beautiful riverside offices. As a Technical Support Engineer you will join a newly established team within the existing Service Delivery function for a key Open Banking product with a focus on API services.

You'll collaborate with the team to ensure incidents and problem resolutions are prioritised effectively and delivered within the SLA; provide technical support to partners integrating with the services; identify process improvements and implement them and assist with deployment of changes and testing the live environment.

Requirements:

Support Engineer with experience of supporting client bespoke applications and working to SLAs in a customer facing, commercial environment

Ability to code with SQL

Ability to test and debug REST APIs and read application logs

Familiar with security protocols, OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and able to form strong working relationships
