IT Support - 1st Line / iOS / Ms Office / Incident Management - vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Higher Degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent work experience in a Customer facing role within IT is a mustHands-on experience of using an Incident and Request Management Tool Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of MS Excel, as well as know-how within iOS (iPhone and iPads) support Outstanding Customer Service skills along with a proactive service orientationExcellent communication and organizational skills, ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to drive the initiativeLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Being a single point of contact via phone, email or face-to-face for internal IT and telephone related customer service requests and queriesIT Incident Management: monitoring the progress, ensuring timely communication and follow-up of all requestsPerforming daily reports and data checks according to agreed proceduresCooperating with other internal business units and external service providersStart: 01/2020
