Site ManagerBristol£35,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Holiday + PensionAn excellent opportunity for a Site Manager or Construction Manager with a background in groundworks to join a steadily expanding company, that can offer you a technically interesting and varied role on multiple sites around Bristol.This family run company is now a market leader within their industry and are enjoying continued growth and investment, and they are now in a position to add a Site Manager to their team in a pivotal role.In this role you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and will be managing around 4 sites at a time across Bristol. Ranging from teams of 5-20 at different sites, you will be responsible for all works such as drainage, groundworks, etc. and all health and safety compliance.The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager who has a strong knowledge of H&S, and the ability to manage multiple sites at one time.This is a great chance to join a leading business, that is enjoying continued success in a highly varied and interesting role with lots of autonomy.The Role:*Managing multiple sites around Bristol (usually 3-4)*Managing teams of between 5 - 15 on average at each site*All health and safety issues and compliance for the sites*Working on contracts between £0.5 - £5 million The Person:*Site Manager or Construction Manager*Ability to manage multiple sites*Background in groundworks, drainage etc. Site Manager, Construction, Contracts, Groundworks, Drainage, Earthworks, Civil, Structural, Engineering, Project, Management, Health & Safety, Highways, Infrastructure,
