SAP PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS SOLUTION ANALYST Location: SouthamptonDuration: 5 MonthsRate: £600.00/day Do you have expertise in the field of SAP Materials Management functionality and in particular MRP elements including the use of Long Term Planning & Logistics Information System (LIS)?Do you have an understanding of integration of 3rd party stock optimisation and forecasting tools with SAP would be of advantage?If you do, then you may be interested in the SAP Materials Management Solution Analyst position we have on a contract basis - It is a key role in the Procurement and Supply Chain team working closely with, and reporting to, the Procurement and Supply Chain Application Solutions Lead. The scope of the role will include design and implementation of SAP MM-Purchasing, SAP MM-Inventory Management, MM Master Data (including batch management, serial number management). Education & Professional QualificationsBusiness, Financial, Supply Chain Management or Technical (IT, engineering, science) undergraduate degree.Advanced degrees (MBA, Masters) preferred. Key deliverablesSupport for user acceptance testing (UAT) and responsible for the resolution of system defects identifiedPreparation and delivery of end user training materialsTechnical system cutover & data migration supportHyper care & incident resolution Experience & BackgroundDemonstrable success in delivery of Procurement and Supply Chain ERP transformational programmes, with strong Inventory/Purchasing/Logistics solutions technical experience and knowledgeExtensive knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain functional practices, techniques, continuous improvements and innovationsDemonstrable experience in leading an SAP functional team (team sizes of less than 10) through the design, build and implementation phases of a project.Cross-functional solutions technical solutions experience and knowledgeDemonstrable success in delivery of SAP standards and successful build, test and support of implementations across multiple business units and activities within Procurement & Supply Chain - be able to demonstrate at least 3 full project lifecycles in a procurement and supply chain implementation role.
