As a team, they are not afraid to try new technologies and new ways of working.Key responsibilities As a Developer working in an expanding group/department you will be required to shape the assist in the development of the highest profile applications and services. Utilising the latest technologies to drive forward content discovery, identity, personalisation, data ingest and machine learning.We would also expect you to -Work on multiple projects: While they have several projects to work on, and you won't be pigeonholed into just one, the first project is a personalisation system blending voice requests with viewing habits to tailor your requests to be just what you wanted. They have a basic system up now, and we want to extend it to sports programming and start providing you with recommendations that including understanding who your favourite teams are, and what match is on right now, down to the scene level, where we know that your favourite player has just made a great play which we are recreating for you and comparing to his past shots.Key skills Cloud computing and Big Data experience, ideally within the AWS environmentStrong programming ability in one of the following languages R, Python, C/C++, JavaExperience with AWS Machine learning tools (Image Rekognition, Deep Lense, Lex/Polly, TensorFlow etc.) will be highly desirable, although not a must.3+ years design/implementation experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning solutions-To pro-actively assist in the development of, and draw conclusions from, proofs of concept for new technologies and architecturesKnowledge of Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing, and/or other emerging analytical trendsSo, what are you waiting for?
