Support Analyst
We are looking for a Support Analyst to join one of the UK's most successful e-commerce, FTSE 100 leading technology businesses, during an exciting time of the companies' game-changing development. You will be working on ensuring the entirety of the business receive the services that they want and need, by being an effective part of the support structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Analyst to analyse and troubleshoot large scale systems, boasting fantastic communication skills both spoken and written. The successful Support Analyst will boast extensive experience with SQL and with some experience in a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst background.
Key skills needed for the Support Analyst:Previous experience supporting large systemsExtensive experience with SQLBackground in PM or BAFantastic communication skills, both written and verbalA data heavy backgroundSupport Analyst - data, SQL, Linux, communication, systems, support, analysis, troubleshoot, analyse.
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
