Job DescriptionReporting to the Process Manager, this role working across the billing and finance teams will be focused on the analysis of and optimisation of key processes within NetSuite.

Role & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements, Process Workflows, Test Scenarios, Training Documentation and other Supporting MaterialsSeek out operational gaps and develop new process or reporting requirements in BRDsLiaise between Process Managers, stakeholdersSupport process tasks and facilitate UAT, authoring training guides and managing system queriesSkills & QualificationsKey experience/attributes as a BA:Strong BA experienceBilling experience & Billing system implementations in an E2E BA roleRevenue Recognition/Allocation experience (at least)Requirements gathering workshops with key stakeholdersUse of Process flow techniques and toolsDemonstrable Agile/Hybrid project experience, including conducting Scrum meetingsConfident use of JIRA to document and refine User Stories with business, for use by Development TeamsSupporting testing teams and assisting the business with UAT preparation/facilitationA focus on business outcomes, and then facilitating solutions and supporting technical teams to deliver those.
